Clean your bike or outdoor gear on the go and before loading it into your car: the new Fontus 18V-6 Bike Cleaner cordless low-pressure cleaner from Bosch makes it easy.
The compact tool is part of the “18V Power for All System”, which covers all representative tools from various market segments and currently includes around 80 DIY tools, garden tools and household appliances. It even extends beyond the Bosch range to other partners in the cross-brand “Power for All Alliance”.
All tools – from rotary hammers to lawn mowers and even vacuum cleaners – can be powered by the same 18V lithium-ion battery and one charger. This not only saves space and costs for the user, but also protects the environment.
The Fontus 18V-6 Bike Cleaner benefits from its compact design, which makes cleaning on the go a breeze. It has a 6-liter internal water tank that holds enough water to easily remove both light and stubborn dirt. Therefore, it can be used easily wherever you are, without having to look for water or power.
For easy portability, the hose and spray gun are stored on the cleaner. Compared to the existing Fontus 18V, this bike cleaner is more compact and lightweight, making it perfect for use on the go.
The Fontus 18V-6 bike cleaner is a low-pressure cleaner with a pressure range of 2 to 20 bar. Users can choose between normal and energy-saving pressure modes to ensure optimal cleaning results in a variety of applications.
The normal pressure mode is rated at up to 20 bar, suitable for cleaning durable surfaces, while the energy-saving pressure mode is rated at less than 5 bar, which is ideal for cleaning more sensitive bike parts. To ensure that every stain is reached and thoroughly cleaned, the Fontus 18V-6 bike cleaner offers four different spray patterns: shower spray, wide (50°) and narrow (15°) fan spray, and tilted fan spray.
By adjusting the pressure and fan settings, users can use the tool not only to clean their bikes, but also to clean camping and outdoor gear, dirty shoes, or rinse their pets’ dirty paws.
The tool comes with a claw brush to help remove stubborn dirt from the bike. An additional detergent nozzle allows for extended use, such as spraying detergent foam or fertilizer.
