Yamaha Motor Corp., USA’s Outdoor Power Equipment division today announced the launch of the new Yamaha PW3028 Pressure Washer, building on its trusted line of power generators to provide heavy-duty cleaning equipment for motorsports, outdoor, marine and recreational activities.
With a 2.8-gallon-per-minute flow rate to meet the cleaning needs of frequent users, this 3,000 PSI pressure washer features unique features such as a 5-in-1 nozzle, a folding flat handle for easy storage, and maintenance-free non-pneumatic tires that can handle any terrain.
Powered by a powerful 192cc four-stroke Yamaha engine, this pressure washer is backed by a three-year factory warranty. It will be available at Yamaha Outdoor Power Equipment dealers in mid-April for an MSRP of $749.
“We listened to our customers in the ATV, motorcycle, marine and construction markets and they wanted a reliable, powerful pressure washer that meets their everyday needs,” said Dave Park, Yamaha’s outdoor power equipment product line manager.
The Yamaha PW3028 Pressure Washer combines the durability of a Yamaha engine with a trusted CAT pump to create a purpose-built tool for demanding jobs.”
The Yamaha PW3028 is designed for customers who use their pressure washers 50 to 300 times per year, or heavy users. Common uses include cleaning boats, decks, docks and driveways, as well as for motorsports and construction equipment. The pressure washer will come 90% assembled and comes with a bottle of oil and gas stabilizer, making it easy and quick for customers to start cleaning.
